As the CISO at Xactly Corp, I bring over 15 years of experience
in cybersecurity, cloud, and business alignment to accelerate
growth and resilience. I am a co-author of The CISO Evolution, a
practical guide for cybersecurity leaders to communicate effectively
with senior management and boards. I am also a co-founder of a
cybersecurity consulting firm and a venture advisor at YL Ventures,
where I help early-stage startups scale and succeed in the market.
I have a proven track record of building trust and collaboration
among stakeholders, establishing and enhancing cybersecurity
programs, and delivering tangible business outcomes. I have a
robust background in cybersecurity operations, sales, consulting,
and management and an MBA from Colorado State University. I
am a learner, achiever, and analytical thinker with a strong sense of
discipline and context. My mission is to create sustainable value and
