I monitor, act upon, and influence global regulatory change for financial services, with a focus on TPRM, supply chain risk, and operational resilience.
I manage NCC/ Escode relationships with global financial services regulators and co-write consultation responses while ensuring our products meet regulatory requirements worldwide.
I have contributed to key outsourcing and resilience regulations over the last six years, including SS2/21, DORA, CPS230, Interagency Guidance on Third Party Relationships, MAS, B-10 & B-13, 2018/3, and 2023/1.
I advise regulators, GSIBs, DSIBs and CTPs on policy, standards, procedures and successful stressed exit planning.
I also lecture, participate in podcasts and roundtables, run stressed-exit scenario testing, and mentor on operational resilience.
